I purchased two products from voonik online shopping for d first time. But as i didn't liked d materials n fabric, i returned it d very next day. The courier boy came n picked it up giving me a receipt in return. And now it have been more than 20 days but the company is not refunding the money. I called several times every single day to the customer care but even their response is too bad. I was also been asked to send the pictures of my pickup receipts at [email protected] And that too i did for twice. But they did not even replied. And now i am so very disappointed n disgusted with the service.
