Sir, I had ported my postpaid connection to prepaid connection on November 2015 and as per rule it was required to withdraw deposited security amount within 60 days but on enquiring multiple times they failed to return my security amount and now they are saying that I had received the cheque and have encashed it which is not true.I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me on the same.thank you

Dear sir, I AM JOINING TATA DOCOMO COMPANY NEW JOINING TIME PAY SECURITY DEPOSIT 500RS, MY POSTPAID CONNECTION NUMBER 84600 81289, MY POSTPAID CONNECTION NUMBER DISCONNECT BY 9TH MAY-16, COMPANY TERMS & CONDITION CUSTOMER REFUND AMOUNT 60DAYS RECEIVED CHEQUE BY COURIER, NOT RECEIVED REFUND AMOUNT I AM COMPLAIN 9TH SEP-16, BUT NOT GIVEN RESPONSIBLE ANSWER AND NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND AMOUNT, NOT PROPER ANSWER GIVEN ANY CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER TATA DOCOMO, 9TH SEP-16, COMPLAIN TELL TO 15DAYS WAIT, NOT RESOLVE AFTER CALL AFTER 45DAYS WAIT, NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND TILL DAY, PLEASE REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TIME MY COMLAIN RESOLVE, RECEIVED MY REFUND AMOUNT.
