After several calls/ Phones to by me to d2h customer care contact No.
& several e-mails, you d2h team are NOT resolving my above said
You d2h teams are generating problems for customers & every time you
d2h team is unable to resolve in stipulated time frame.
Why d2h team are generating problem for customers ?
Why d2h team added channel(s) in my d2h account without my permission ?
Why d2h team deducted balance from my d2h account without my permission ?
Why d2h team changed my monthly recharge amount without my permission ?
Why d2h team change my recharge due date without my permission ?
This is purely cheating & these show that you d2h team is creating
problem every time for customer to earn money from customers by adding
unwanted channels in customers account without permission of
This is once again reminder to d2h team, that please resolve my
complaints, remove unwanted channel(s) added by d2h team, refund my
balance, correct my due date of recharge etc. at the earliest.
