This is Vijay here, from Bangalore, Karnataka. I've been using Videocon D2H from past 4 years now. Videocon D2H Consumer #: 145160103.
I've updated to Omni HD plan on 29th September by paying 5000 Rs. But, I was not getting lot of channels as promised. I've raised multiple complaints by sending emails, calls to customer care centre and service centre.
Still I'm not getting the main channels I watch which are Zee Kannada 653 and Colors Kannada movies 664.
It's been one and half months and I've spent 500 Rs in contacting them and significant time and effort to reach them. But, nobody is resolving them. At the same time, they are refusing to refund my 5000 Rs as well.
In between, a service technician visited and replaced my existing set top box (STB) with a faulty used STB promising that I'll get all channels. But still issue is not resolved. I can't use Bluetooth dongle as this STB doesn't support Bluetooth and I'm getting bad picture and audio quality.
I cant use smart TV remote dongle after you've changed the the set top box. Please give me back the STB, which supports Bluetooth dongle.
I want to reiterate that still the Zee Kannada channel issue is NOT resolved, even after a month and a week more of raising this issue, after switching to Omni HD plan on 29th September.
I'm still getting the 'E16-4/C04: Channel not subscribed' error message, as
from a month ago.
1. Zee Kannada - 653
2. Colors Kannada Movies - 664
I've already lost more than 1000 Rs calling customer care number and more than 500 Rs as daily subscription charges.
Please help me in getting this fixed or getting my 5000 Rs refunded.
