This complaint is regarding the electricity meter reading of Account number L21TD412861H. There are following two complaints
1. Since six months, we are not receiving the electricity bill in printed copy as all our neighbors get the printed copy also. We had lodged the complaints to electricity office at Taraori (Karnal) so many times regarding the printed copy of bills. But till now there is no action has taken by electricity staff.
2. We have downloaded the electricity bill of April 2019 and June 2019 from UHBVN website. In the April month bill, there is no new meter reading has mentioned. However, the bill had generated with charges of 1875 Rs. We had paid this bill before due date. Now again in the month of June, there is no new meter reading had mentioned and the old meter reading is constant (i.e. 5016) since February bills. The electricity bill of June month has generated with charges of 2493 Rs. We have noted our meter reading that is 5729. According to meter reading, the charges must lie in between 2400 Rs after February bill for four months. We had paid 1875 Rs in April and now 2493 Rs in June, total =4368 Rs instead of 2400 Rs. Kindly look into the matter and do the justice (file is attached). 3. Last month, I complaint on the electricity website portal also regarding the above two issue, (complaint number is CMPL21000141199, file is attached).There is no action has taken on our previous complaint as in this month also, we have not received the electricity bill in printed form as all our neighbour got the bill.
