Hi Triple play Team,
I have paid 3 months advance money on 23rd march and you promised me to set up a new connection on my address till 25th march, but still connection is not setup .
Note - Before summit the three months amount of 4460 , i asked your executive there is lockdown in gurgaon you are able to setup connection in this situation...they agree yes we can setup in 3 days but after payment now your executive denied, however i need urgent internate connection for office work , i called your customer care number 10 times but there is no response. Request you to kindly setup connection or refund my amount urgently else i will file a FIR against Triple play Internate.
