Respected sir, Myself Rahul Karan recently I have left my job by giving one month notice period but the company is creating issue by not giving me resignation as I have been facing issue at my workplace due to the unorganised management and no proper guidance or training being provided so I had given one month notice period on 4th of December 2017 but after a week I did withdraw the notice period and have given an instant resignation by agreeing to pay the basic salary which is Rare. 3500 INR as mentioned in the contract but the management is creating an unforeseen situation by saying its in the hand of the organisation to decide the acceptance of your resignation and that the organisation has agreed to one month notice period as earlier given by me but it's not stated in the contract that it's the managements decision to not agree instant resignation nor it has been mentioned once u give one month notice period you cannot withdraw it and apply for an instant resignation so due to this the management is not accepting my resignation and saying an emplyoo cannot be absent in the notice period it is mandatory to serve an emplyee in the notice period as there no such clause mentioned where you can force an employee to work against his/her will.
Would kindly request you to look into this matters and do the needful at the earliest. Thanking you, Rahul Karan
