This is regarding insurance claim of my handset. I purchased cellphone on 12/02/2016 and on same date purchased syska gadget secure. On 30/05/2016 my handset is accidental physical damaged. After that i immediately made contact with syska customer care & provided details.As per communication with syska gadget secure i have uploaded documents on their website & gone to their local office for submission of cellphone but they denied to accept it due to their issues with syska gadget secure.
