I ordered 1KG Bikaneri Burfi of Rs. 365/- from BTW, Janakpuri via Swiggy (Paid Online). Order No. #30348520068. Date-12 jan 2019 time 11.45 am. I ordered it from my brothers swiggy a/c. I was in continuous contact with the delivery person who was taking order to my home. Suddenly I got a message that my order has been cancelled and Rs. 141/- deducted as cancellation fee. Then delivery men returned. Then from customer care I found that they called to my brother(registered a/c phone no.) but he did not picked the call. I said to customer care that he was busy somewhere and on behalf of him I was in continuous contact with delivery man with some other phone no. But swiggy don't listen anything. I ordered so many times from swiggy but they never called like that on registered phone no. Nor they inform customer about any callback while placing the order.
Nor they have any Grievance redressal mechanism. Swiggy working in just an Arbitrary manner.
