I purchased XA1 on 07 May 2017 from Croma, S.G. Highway Ahmedabad Invoice No SLF02A004070181590.IME1#1:357442081152947. I spent 19990 Just for Sony Brand, otherwise 3GB RAM and 36GB Memory is available in range of just half of the price.

I faced following issues:

1) Low Quality of Glass : Claimed to be 2.5 gorilla glass. Doesn't worth. It get scratched with simple materials. Just in 15 days, my mobile started getting scratched on front glass and on back cover even after delicated use ( no tuffen glass or cover yet available in market). IT IS NOT THE QUALITY OF GLASS WHICH IS COMMITTED WHILE PURCHASING.

2) Bad Kye Interface: It is not at all comfortable interface. I need to click twice thrice to click correct button. Typing on the key board to type a two liner message is the hell. Because edges are curved I can never click P, 1, 0, @ etc keys even after 10 touches. I end up clicking wrong button and correcting 50 times to type a message.

3) Top Function Panel not working : It's was coming correctly for 10 days. After that it's stopped working. So, now if I want to rotate, or switch wifi, bluetooth etc function... I need to go in control panel. Don't know why top function panel is not coming out if we swipe. HOW CAN IT GO BAD IN JUST 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE ??

4) Slow System : It gets hang. Without downloading much of applications, No songs, No pictures... But can't believe why phone gets hang. IS IT REALLY 3GB RAM NEED TO CHECK??

5) SIM2 slot doesn't work. At a time I can use only one SIM. I don't get any signel for Second SIM. IS THIS REALLY DUAL SIM MOBILE ??

I lodged my complaint, number is SonyIndia=039-833-293. But, since 30 days company is not returning my money. Company said that we can not repair your mobile. We will give you a new mobile. But I said rather giving new mobile give me money back, you may deduct your profit margin, I am ok to bear loss. But company is insisting me to take Sony mobile only. I can not take sony mobile again because of following points:

I CAN NOT ACCEPT THIS SOLUTION, I have strong reasons :

1) BASIC MISTAKES OF MODEL CAN NOT BE CORRECTED EVEN IF I AM GIVEN A NEW MOBILE.

2) THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT AFTER 2-3 MONTH I WILL NOT FACE SAME ISSUES. I CAN NOT KEEP RUNNING AROUND.

3) I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS MOBILE AND NOT FOUND TO BE WORTH OF EVEN 5000-7000. I FEEL CHEATED BY SONY.

4) IT IS FAR BELOW THE STANDARD WHICH IS SHOWN IN ADVERTISEMENTS OF SONY MOBILES WITH FILM STARTS. I AM MISLED AND MADE FOOL WITH GLORY OF ADS.

After few days someone called and said that in 10 days you will get a cheque. But, after 10 day’s they turned and said, we cannot give cheque take new mobile only.. Sony is playing games with customer and responding.
