I had purchased the above tv on 6th January 2016. In the month of April 2017 the screen panel of the tv blew. I had lodged the complaint and company got it repaired by replacing the screen since it was under warrenty. To my surprise the same problem occured just in 5 months. I had taken my tv to Metal Tech an authorised service centre and requested them to check the tv thoroughly by a qualifed service personal but they did not care about it and 2nd time Metal Tech got my screen replaced. I had also requested them to replace the whole set but denied by them. Now just after the 2 nd screen replaced it worked only for 1 day and now there is no display. Only sound is comming. I once again lodged the complaint with Sony India Ltd. On 8th October but still no solution from them till today. I am lodging this complaint because there is a major defect in my tv and I want this set to be replaced by Sony India Ltd.by a new one.
