HELLO AMAZON,
I INITIATED THE RETURNED ITEM "J B FASHION WOMEN'S PLAIN REGULAR FIT TOP" Order# 404-7478674-0853932 ON 23th april, 2019.
THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED IT , SINCE THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WAS PATHETIC.
THE MESSAGE ON THE AMAZON APP SHOWS REFUNDED , BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY YET.
FIRST I WAS TOLD I WILL GET THE MONEY ON 2nd MAY, THEN ON 4th May, YESTERDAY I WAS TOLD I WILL GET BY 6TH MAY END OF DAY.
I SPOKE TO 8 DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT BUT ALL ARE JUST APOLOGIZING FOR INCONVENIENCE.
I DO NOT NEED ANY APOLOGY , I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I AM FACING THE ISSUE, LAST YEAR MAY 2018 REFUND IS STILL PENDING. I HAD ORDERED 5- 6 DIFFERENT SHIRTS AND RETURNED 3 OF THEM DUE TO SIZE ISSUE , AROUND 1000 RUPEES I HAVE NOT GOT IT FROM AMAZON. i HAD TO CATCH FLIGHT SO I DID NOT REALLY BOTHERED, BUT IT THINK THIS IS BECOMING A TREND WITH AMAZON.
THEY DO NOT RETURN CUSTOMER MONEY AND THEN MAKE PROFIT OUT OF IT.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BULL SHIT, NOT AT ALL USEFUL WITH ANY INFORMATION.
CANNOT ESCALATE THE ISSUE, CANNOT TAKE ANY COMPLAINT.
WHY THE HELL AMAZON EVEN HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I ALREADY HAVE THREE PRODUCT IN MY CART CONSIDERING ONCE I GET MY MONEY I WILL BUY THOSE , BUT AMAZON IS NOT AT ALL TRUST WORTHY.
SMALL ONLINE COMPANIES HAVE LESS PROFIT BUT DO NOT BREAK TRUST OF CUSTOMER. BUT BIG COMPANIES LIKE AMAZON , HAVE BIG LEGAL DEPARTMENT SO CAN PLAY AROUND WITH CUSTOMERS BUYING ITEMS WITH LESS AMOUNT.
I TRULY THINK SOCIAL MEDIA IS THE ONLY PLATFORM WHERE IN EVERY ONE WILL SUPPORT ME AGAINST YOU PEOPLE.
I WILL POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND ALSO SHARE LINK OF ALL THE TROUBLES AMAZON HAS BEEN GIVING ME SINCE I RETURNED THE PRODUCT.
THE WAY CUSTOMER SERVICES DISCONNECTS AND NOT BOTHER TO TALK OVER PHONE, NOT BOTHERED TO TAKE ANY ESCALATION OR COMPLAINT
I HAVE ANDROID PHONE WITH "Automatic call recording system" AND SCREEN SHOT OF ALL THE CHAT CONVERSATION, WHEN I POST IT WITH SUCH PROOF ALONG WITH MY BANK STATEMENT AND CONVERSATION WITH BANK AGENT, YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH NO OPTION BUT TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY IS AMAZON MAKING MORE PROFIT THEN FLIPkART OR EBAY
YOU GUYS HAVE NOT GIVEN MY MONEY, IF AMAZON DOES THIS WITH 10 CUSTOMER PER DAY 300* 10 = 3000 CUSTOMER MONEY PROFIT FOR ONE DAY
IF I DO NOT GET MY MONEY I WILL ALSO RAISE COMPLIANT IN CONSUMER COURT AGAINST AMAZON
