Sir, with due respect I would like to inform you that as per my so many complaint to [email protected], replied me by mail that my Complaint With Ticketing No. 3559641860 & 3488991883 has been attended to and closed after resolution as under.
Transaction initiated with the reference number 731108738341 has been processed successfully from our end on 07th November 2017.We request you to kindly take up the matter with the beneficiary bank for more details.
As per their request / advice I meet to manager of beneficiary bank-jadavpur UBI branch and he told me there was no amount (Rs.5000) credited in my Account till the end and already branch manager send a mail to (sbi-cms) net banking Branch. He shows me the mail and mentioned there was no transaction on 7th,Nov,2017 between Jadavpur SBI & UBI branch.
So I inform you that already take nd two month time till the end did not resolute / solve the problems and my debited amt. Rs.5000 did not credited to UBI Jadavpur branch as per my transaction (transaction reference no. 731108738341) updated passbook record on 7th,Nov,2017.
Status: Complaint is open for discussion
Please resolute my problem as soon as possible.
