I have baught samsung galaxy grand prime smartphone on 15 august 2015 but since the few days of purchased the same device doesn't gave proper service.it always suffering from many of problems several of time visited to service centre but problem doesn't solved.finally service centre recommend to refund but company denyed for same.there are many times mentally as well as physically Harras by this type of services. I have an evidence regarding to same fraud in terms of recording and pictures as well as videos. So kindly give me justice.
