Hey, I orderer a samsung gear s3 on 5th December 2017. At the time of order it was showing 2-4 day delivery. Its been over 2 weeks. I haven't got any update from them. When I called the customer care they said they have stock issues. If they had stock issues then why did they got the order placed in the first place. I wanted the product for my father's birthday it was on 8th december. Is it the credibility of such a big firm like samsung? My order number is 100538007. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
