I have tried to book a ticket on 16-Sep-2016 through net banking. But after completing my payment ticket was not generated. Intimated to customer care they said within 7 bank working day amount will be automatically refunded to my bank account. But so far i didn't received my amount. Checked with customer care team, they told me to visit the nearby branch and intimate about this(Everyone will aware of this we need a proper assistance from red bus team to take ownership to solve the issues). Its really frustrating with this poor service. I am a long time user for red bus service, customer grievance should be addressed properly. Even there is no toll free number to daily in.
