I have booked a ticket dated on 09-06-2019 online via redbus online portal having Ticket no: TN6X42589007, PNR no: 74JNRRR8 , Req ID : 9053509 ,details are given Bhubaneswar - Kolkata Sunday,09-06-19, 9:25 AM Nilamadhab Travels.
On online platform bus showing AC bus, I booked according when my family member boarded the bus AC is not working as well as insect bite which cause during travel, after serval review early in red bus portal itself management not eager take ant improvement plan . After this, they told me, Below mention comments.

After that I offer 650X4=2600 INR & tell them to share bank account & CEO details so that CEO can travel in same bus & same condition , which my family member are suffered or delist the bus from the portal which they rejected by offer , moreover they closed the case in portal which I register twice with in 30 hrs again I reopen the case twice , now they will telling they will do the internal enquiry in future , I don’t they will do or not , what is transparency in process , they said they are not will to disclose the finding to the customer , which is clear eye-wash from redbus management .Management is not willing any proper resolution , which one sided , they are not going hear from customer. Similar incident happened in south as well their police case is logged. Redbus is not taking corrective action ,
I will request government agency to take action against redbus as well bus operator for travel passenger at risk , who are compromising the safety & security of common people of india
