Dear Sir/ Madam, I have reached the spot at 4.45 AM morning on 01/09(September)/2019 in Majestic bus stand, Bangalore opposite Mayura Hotel as given address by Travel Company Parveen Travels as an pickup point. I called the crew member mobile mentioned in my booked message sent by Redbus and the person told me to wait in spot. I was vigil and seeing each and every vehicle going around in that two one ways in the same spot. I couldn't notice the pickup van in that spot neither no one called me up from the travels so i again called at around 5.15 AM to the same crew member mobile again he asked me all booking details and told me wait there only. I waited again at the same spot but no vehicle came there. I again called crew guy at 5.30 AM, he told wait in line, i waited in phone call for 5 minutes. No response from there side, my call is still waiting so i disconnected and called again, the next time same guy picked and told me vehicle left from Madiwala so we cannot do anything. Nobody from parveen travels called me and asked where are you before departure of bus and nobody even have courtesy to say pickup van will not come to pickup spot. It caused mental agony and time and money waste for me. I raised complaint to parveen they told it is your fault. There is no fault of mine, i have waited 15 minutes before pickup time 5 AM. Please help me in this. Sir, i strongly suspect some other person might have been carried by operator in my reserved seat by avoiding me in boarding the bus for the benefit of the travel company due to festival reason.
