Pavers England Ltd. Customer Care

I ordered a pair of sandals of Rs 2,999 on 11 April,19, Order number PE192181. The amount had been deducted but hadn't received the order so far. After mailing and calling the company several times, on 16 May, the company responded and asked for my bank details for the refund. After sharing the necessary details, i waited for several days and haven't received any word from their side so far.
