I broke my new phone only some days back, damage to the phone was major as phone's display and the rear panel both were badly damaged but i was not so much worry as i knew my phone is insured with accidental injure protection by the one plus itself but when i took my phone to the nearest service centre they refused to cover the body below the damage protection Policy, they said they'll only cover display under the policy. so tell me is this the definition of damage protection policy ? or are they just manipulating people by advertising accidental damage protection policy. physical damage means physical damage, whether it is display, body, camera etc. all these things should be covered under insurance. I have all the proves against the company that can help me fighting a case against them. I'm begging you to help me out as I can't afford to spend 10000 on my phone's damage.
