I have bought one plus 3 mobile, unfortunately the rear camera glass has damaged. When I tried reaching One Plus authorised service center. I was informed that the spare parts are not available at the service center and asked to submit the mobile so that they can register my complaint and place order for the defected spares. On checking on the timeline, I was informed that it would take min 7-10 working days (Approx. 2 weeks) to repair and was asked to submit the mobile to the service center till the parts arrive. What kind of policy is this ? Why do I need to submit my mobile to service center when there are no spares available and surprisingly the service center will never order the spares unless a complaint is registered or the mobile is handovered. This is really sad.
