Sir, I have purchased an earphone on 13th September, 2017 from vijay sales crown plaza sector 15A Faridabad in the next of purchase those earphones stopped working properly when I complaint to the vijay sales they suggested me to submit earphones to iball service centre but due to some work I was unable to go there but on 28th October 2017 I submit them to the iball service centre and they gave me the new pair of earphone but after using them 2 days those new earphones also stopped working properly when I call to the iball toll free num they are not responding me properly and start diverting call from 1 to another please help me to get refund.
