Hathway Broadband Customer Care
I have recharged my account (account number 11114973768 in the name of Indrajeet Kumar Verma) on 04/10/17.Scheme has prescribed as 40 Mbps speed but since 04/10/17 the network speed is either very low or no network remains.I have inform customer care of hathway many times but they could only manage to provide poor service for few hours of complain.Lastly ask the customer care person to return my money after deduction for used amount.But nothing is being done.
