Hathway Broadband Customer Care

I have installed new hathway internet Broadband connection on 21.04.2019. the details are as below

1. A/c no 1172688432
2 . Name - Indumathi

Iam totally not happy with the services of Hathway because of the following reason

1. After working 3 days the internet is frequently disconnected
2. The Modem installed is of old one,
3. The speed assured is 50MBPS, but the speed what I get is is not even
5 mbps
4. The Customer care executives are not responding properly for my complaint, when ever I call they are replying that problem will be attended within 24 hours. I do not know which 24 hours they are referring , also they are disconnecting the call. Is this is the way Hathway deal with your customers.

5. Even after 5 days of repeated complaint no body is bothered to attend the complaint, but initially on 20.04.2019 when I called to install the new hathway connection your rep came up to my door step within one hour and collected the payment for installing new connection. After collecting the payment what happened.
