Hathway Broadband Customer Care
I have made full payment for Hathway broadband services. Modem installation was done at A605, Raviraj Heritage Bopodi,Pune by cabling team around 1 PM on 10.11.17. I was assured by the technician and the sales person from Hathway that the connection would be active by 8 PM.
But inspite of repeated enquiries and requests, internet is still not activated after 2 days.
Kindly help me with it.
