My hotel booking on 29 Nov 2019 is not confirmed but money got deducted and still I have not received the refund.
After one day on 30 Nov 2019 they are saying now the booking got confirmed.
After speaking to the Goibibo executive, he said money will be refunded to my bank account and only then I made another booking which was confirmed.
Now they are saying two booking are confirmed after one day. Which is pathetic and disgusting. Can someone please look into this and escalate so that my money gets refunded.
