I have ordered a Mobile with order number OD116706625247862000 on 4th October which was committed for the delivery by today(10th Oct 2019).
This has not been delivered to me as promised today.
Need to mentioned that I will be out of town for few days from yesterday and the purpose of purchasing the device would be useless for me because of the false commitment given to me by flipkart.
Although other online stores was delivering the products in less than 2 days,I trusted flipkart and waited for 7 days for the delivery.I would have purchased other device from other stores if I would have known the type of worst service that flipkart is providing.
Please do let me know:
1.Why the product was not delivered on the committed date(10-Oct-2019).
2.How will you compensate for my losses as now I can't purchase the device in few hours from now.I need this very urgently today.
I have followed two times with customer care executive and also raised a complaint with number - In19101018325152278525 but all this was in vain since the executive failed to give me the reason for delay and was not able to provide the seller name whom I could contact.
