Ezee Deals Customer Care

I ordered a Cell phone through ezee deals on 12-04-2020. Due to lock down delivery was not done and my order was cancelled but i have not got any message through ezee deals. I tried to contact the help line number which says "Number is Invalid". After raising a Issue on the ezee deals Portal, I started getting several calls saying that they are calling from ezee deals.

These both started calling me and they informed me that my order is been Cancelled.
For Refund they asked me to Fill a Form in which there was a required field in which i have to Fill my bank login i.e MPIN number.
When i denied at first they again asked me to provide my Axis Debit card number and the CVV. He told me once i give the details within 5-10 Mins the Refund amount would be transferred to my Bank Acc.
However, Instead transferring the amount the Executive Ritik Agarwal Debited my Account with 2000Rs.

Please do the needful.
