Eureka Forbes Ltd Customer Care

We have entered AMC on 17.03.2016 for two years i.e., upto 16.03.2018. They have to come and do service every 4 months and they came 2 times in last year. After completion of 1 year they have to change membrances. But no service engineer has come either service nor change of memberances. We have contacted 10 times complaint but they have not taken any action. Recently 10 days back , your representative is telling that it will take time 1 or 2 days. If we are calling he is not lifting the phone.
