Dish Tv India Ltd Customer Care

We got the new DishTV connection last month and our 1st free month subscription got ended by 20th Sep, 2016.and they gave 3 days extension for recharge. From 20th onwards we have been trying to use 'Pick by Channel' option and recharge TV. 

Customercare people said, once when we select channels and click on submit button, customercare executive will call us within 24 hours, but nobody called us.

And also when we click on Submit button, it displays a message saying we need to recharge by minimum amount 850rs/-.
