I have purchased the above-mentioned laptop on 22 Nov 2016 from an outlet of Dell at sinhgad road pune .It is under warranty as per the description on the bill.It is not detecting Mass storage devices since last week.I have tried every possible software updates but in vain.when I called toll free number they said that is not under warranty.they asked to send the original bill through e mail.so I did.now they are saying that It will take 3-4 days to update the warranty and then some more time to repair if the warranty is updated.the distributor has not given the purchase details to the company.I suppose this is the lookout of the distributor and the company.why the customer has to suffer for the system.? I have to wait for another week which will hinder my regular works for about 15- 20 days in all.It will cause some financial loss to me as well.Some help from the consumer forum is saught in this regard.
