Ordered Mii3 Smart Band offer buy 1get 1. Received M3 Band. Customer service number is continuously ringing. I have also emailed details related to product and refund policy. Hi I have purchased Espirit watch from Titan.co.in. it mentions a 1year warranty, but, when I tried availing this facility I came to know Espirit watches are no more serviced anywhere in Delhi region. I am following up and they are not accepting a return to my product. Was not expecting this bad response from a brand like Titan. I warn all...think 100 times before making a purchase from Titan. They sell defective products, do not offer after sales....there is no help from customer support...
