  • Idea Cellular Ltd / 2G Data Speed On The Name Of 4G

    Dear Sir, we are very disappointed from the internet speed which Idea provides us on the name of 4G Internet. We are not even able to get 2G internet speed sometimes, since it reduces to Bytes Per Second i.e. less then 1 Kbps. We complained about this problem at Idea 198 helpline for more then 15 - 20 times, but we didn't got any solution for that. We hope, you'll help us for the same. Regards, Chitransh Saxena....

    ACT fibernet Network has not been connecting since 24-May (10 days). I have called customer care everyday, but they keep telling different reason ranging from damaged cable to burnt server or bad switch.
