    It was pathetic to checkin to a suite, not just a normal room but suite and see unclean and pathetic pillow covers and bedsheets . to my surprise i even saw condoms below the bed which were not even cleaned and left behind by the last occupent. no respite till i checked out and guess what they cherged for this 20K/day never stay in Eros International...

    Dear Sir, I Sachin Lokhande on behalf of Mrs. Sunanda Motiram Mhatre wanted file a complaint against Pan Card Club about the polcy maturity payment not received.  The Policy maturity date was 3rd July 2015, Maturity amount 100800/-, we have received PDC 24th Nov 2015, we lost the cheque so all the formalities (police complaint and stop payment ) done on 30th Dec 2015.     We have booked a hotel from make my trip in puri HOTEL GAG DREAMS on 26 September for 2 nights from 30 sep to 1sep. But when we reached puri we got to knw the hotel which we have booked was closed 2 yrs before so we have to face many problems here and the make my trip costumer care were not helping us as per need so we have to book a new hotel in urgent which cost us a lot . So we need our money back which we paid for hotel gag dreams with fine for the inconvenience we have faced....

    I booked hotel phoenix park inn @goa for one day on 24th dec2017(booking id NH2003271649315). While booking on the make my trip website it shows only hotel charges and not the compulsary gala dinner charges of 5,500INR per person. The charges are mentioned in the hotel booking policy though but does not show up while you make payment online and book the hotel.
