I bought a new ZeroB water purifier. They delivered a faulty product and it is giving dirty water from the beginning. When I raised issue with them, they are asking for money to correct it. I have purchased the above mentioned product from Calicut, East nadakkavu branch. The above product was quoted with 14250 Rupees inclusive tax.
