I have taken multiple loans from cashe and paid in time. Based on my track they have given 60K loan for 6months tenure . I have taken that loan due to my mother health condition and used for her medical expenses. After that due to my job issue I left my company and searching for new job. Meanwhile I paid some lesser amount for my EMIs all put together I paid 2months EMIs. Still I am in some financial crisis . I said to recovery team I will clear all dues including with late payment charges . But everyday I am getting messages from collection team they are sending messages to my WhatsApp and given some IPC sections like 420, 70 etc.
When ever I was busy that time they called me and talking with me rude language. They Threatening me to they will send police to my home file case against me with above mentioned sections . They will send mail to my HR and get all my details and they block my pan card and aadhar card etc. While applying my loan application I have taken insurance for my income protect plan. I didn't understand what is the use of that insurance. I never says that I won't pay . But they treat me like that way. Pls suggest me .
