CLN # 999990001693229`i have requested for split of loan into 4 months .due pandemic COVID 19 .our salaries are deducted 33% .being at home quarantine i was not able to pay my Loan amount which was in two installments total of 11000 (5500+5500) . .i have forwarded a mail requesting splitting of loan in short amount in 4 eqaul months ,so that would be easy to pay and clear the dues ,but there is no response through emails also i have spoke to 2 people who say will speak to their manager and get back but no one get backs .
i requested to stop processing ECS again & again there is 0 balance in my account i have shared my bank statement showing 0 balance even though they have processed the ECs through RAZORRPAY. i will be getting alimited salary in which i need to plan to survive accordingly , if my account is debited by cashe without any information it will be a serious issue..i want you to stop the payment t processing through razorpay immediately. as i said i will make the payment on 2nd of every month if you slipt the loan.
