I ordered somethings at rcity mall on 11th october and with a child in hand I asked for home delivery . The staff said they will deliver it by evening . I kept waiting . The second day evening I called the number in the bill which is not working . Thereafter called helpline four times . They kept me on hold each time 8 a-10 mins without giving me any solution so that I wait get frustrated and disconnect it myself.
I'm surprised future group can behave this way with customers and I paid over 4000 rupees and my stuff is not arrived home yet . Today is third day .
It's like you take the money and hassle the customer that too your customer care is so lathargic.
I want a response now and send my stuff home . Funnily this store is opposite my house but as I live with a small child and I can't not carry it I asked home delivery .
I will not spare them unless I spread this in media .
