I had bought a connection of 10gb per month. I had lodged a complaint that i my data usage was showing unusual activity. I could connect to one customer care number .The representative told that they will give a data pack of 5gb worth rs. 600 free. But i was charged for the same. I cannot discover a number to talk to customer care from a non airtel number. I lodged a complaint at hsr lay out and got a service request assigned. Subsequently i paid for my dues (Which was higher) online. I got reminder that my sr will be addressed in 11 days. And after 3/4 days my service was discontinued. I can’t even make a call to anyone for complaints. The ivrs disconnect calls. How do i get to talk to a customer care executive ever? I dont have an airtel mobile number. I want someone to even listen to my comaplaint first.
