Sir I (Kiran kumari) was doing online transfer of RS 8000 (5000+3000) from my BOB account no:21530100009297 to PHONE PAY wallet on 4th August but Tansaction failed and I was told to wait for 7 working days to get my balance back into my account. Still I don't get that amount and now when I called he is telling to wait for next 45 working days. Please look into my matter
