I purchased travel insurance on 8-July-2016 with start date of 13-July-2016. I asked them to provide the list of participating doctors where I am travelling and they could not provide that list even after two days. So I decided to cancel as I was not feeling confident enough with this service. I went to local office and submitted the requested documents in person for cancellation on the 12-July-2016. They said money would be refunded in 15 days but it's been close to 3 months and there is no update from the company. There is no response from the customer service via email or phone.BTW their customer service number on their website goes to a test mailbox
