Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co Ltd Customer Care

I purchased travel insurance on 8-July-2016 with start date of 13-July-2016. I asked them to provide the list of participating doctors where I am travelling and they could not provide that list even after two days. So I decided to cancel as I was not feeling confident enough with this service. I went to local office and submitted the requested documents in person for cancellation on the 12-July-2016. They said money would be refunded in 15 days but it's been close to 3 months and there is no update from the company. There is no response from the customer service via email or phone.

BTW their customer service number on their website goes to a test mailbox
