I bought Samsung J7 mobile on sept 09 from Amazon. But On sept 17 my mobile was dead. it's not even charging. I want refund my money back. Please provide better solution for me. And customer service also not taking proper action. I am fed up with this mobile. I need my money back. The problem with the mobile is, Mother board problem. Within 8 days I am getting this problem. Please refund my money or replace with new mobile.
