I had bought a scandisk pendrive 64 GB on 22nd October 2017 through Amazon. I found it that it was not compatible so I called up the Amazon Customer Care Team and a lady by name Tejaswini assured me that the delivered noncompatible item will be picked up from me yesterday (24th October 2017) and will take the initiative to support me to do the further refund process. I waited for the whole day (24hrs) and called up the customer care again then a person by name Vijay at 3am and he assured me that the product will be picked up from me today 25th October 2017 by 11am. Again no sign of any further process. When I called up the customer care again they are showing no interest in picking up the item back and refunding my money. Again they are giving excuses. The service rendered by Amazon Customer Care is really hopeless. Disgusting service. Never expected such a worst customer experience from Amazon
