Hi, I have placed grocery order on Amazon during Amazon prime day sale 15Jul2019-16Jul2019 and before making the payment, at checkout page it has clearly shown that 200 pantry Cashback is eligible for this order and I have proof of screenshot stating that my order is eligible for 200 rupees cash back. But it was not credited and I called Amazon customer care to enquire about reason not crediting the Cashback. I spoke to them for more than 1 hour, also with Amazon supervisor Ravi including Gagandeep S and Abhilash.
Finally they challenged me to take legal action against Amazon India.
They have cancelled my order by saying that am not eligible for the Cashback.
Am sure many Amazon customers might have faced similar issue.
