I purchased one OPPO A9 2020 (Marine Green, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage) with No Cost EMI/Additional Exchange Offers whose order no is # 405-1120553-4116302 with exchange of my current iphone 6 64 GB.
During delivery, Delivery agent asked for the iPhone for the exchange and found that there was tempered glass on the phone screen. He asked my wife to remove tempered glass. My wife doesn't know how to remove this and asked delivery agent to do the same. While removing the tempered glass, Delivery agent mis-handled the phone and phone screen came off from panel from one side.
Once he saw that screen is coming out from panel and damage now, He told me that he cant accept the phone is exchange.
When I came to know about this situation, I came from office and asked the reason of the damage of the phone, He started shouting at me. I called customer service approx. 5 times during entire day on 30 sep 2019 and customer care executive told me that new Phone will be delivered to me on next day i.e. 1st Oct 2019. At night I received one notification that my order is returning to seller as customer denied the delivery which I didn't did. I am not sure how this kind of cheating they can do.
Now I have damage phone (Done by Delivery agent) and no resolution is there by support executive.
