we have requested Airtel to deactivate our landline no 07314982130 and boradband. on 7 th Feb 2018 call from customer care have received again i said i dont want the connection. a mail received for seizure ofv rental for 15 days despite of our refusal. but still connection is alive and we are getting bills on mail. i dont want a single minute this connection due to very poor services,
kindly instruct to deactivate the number immediately and stop billing after 7 th Feb. when we approach to airtel center at Indore he is again asking for the same procedure. he says we have to apply again for deactivation . its disgusting. kindly help.
