I had taken Air India from Bologna to Hyderabad. i had made the booking through Goibibo. My flight from Rome to Delhi was delayed by 6 hours and my connection from Delhi to Hyderabad was delayed almost by 3 hours. It was made almost impossible for me to communicate with the airlines staff, as the counter at Rome was kept closed during the delay and i was told i should contact our customer care and also, fill the online complaint in the company's website. In spite of doing both and personally visiting the nearest Air India branch office, there has not been any positive response in trying to solve the issue, nor has there been any return communication for raising the issue. The company has almost made it impossible to get information regarding the issue directly.
The customer care says, we need to visit the office, and when i did, the manager told me i have to fill the complaint online in the company's website, which i did on the date of my travel itself, i.e: 10th of March..the complaint has not shown any progress and there has not been any return communication until today, in spite of multiple efforts to know the situation and the process involved better, this is one such attempt to get the attention of the airlines, and hopefully, some help!!
