We have already paid a subscription for ACT broadband connection.
suddenly one day the internet was lost and it been 7 days so far that nobody has reached out to us or even with follow-ups they are not resolving the issue.
There is no proper response from customer support as well.
7 days of downtime and still ongoing it's not acceptable.
The worst ever connection!
