Act Fibernet Customer Care

I am using ACT Fibernet Internet in my room. i changed my room so i requested for shifting connection. As their policy they should be taken 5 days for shifting connection but it'almost 2 weeks they are not responding. Due to corona we are doing work from home and internet is necessary for us. i complained on 30th may. I called them regularly for giving connection but they are not responding. When i give complaint by call to the ACT customer Support then their technician give a call and tell us they are coming for giving connection but they don't come. It's happen like all day till now. i call everyone and request to then but no one respond at all. Please resolve this as soon as possible. I already given 2 complaint in this helpline before.. No one respond this. During this time it's most important for us as we are working from home otherwise we will loose our job because we are not working properly for internet problem.
