Act Fibernet Customer Care

I paid for ACT Blaze plan for 3 months on 19th October, 2019. The amount was INR 3750 and Account ID is- 102316855482 and CAF no-102315240000 and ref no of payment- RHMP8112151347. According to the company policy I was promised that I would get the installation done within 48 hours. Nobody contacted me from the company side regarding the installation. I sent my documents via mail on 22nd October, 2019 as nobody came from company side for the documentation as well. From that day, I kept calling the customer care everyday for the installation but they kept promising to get the installation done in next 24 hours. On 4th November, 2019, I mailed the Nodal Officer regarding the issue and got reply stating that the issue will be resolved in next 24 hours.The ref no I got is- SR10231954584801 After no response from their end in next 24 hours, I raised a refund request on 5th November, 2019 with ref no-SR10232107130278. They promised to arrange a callback for my bank details in next 48 hours but didn't get any call from the company end. on 11th Nov, 2019 they closed my refucd ticket without refunding my money.
